2day I found a letter on my table. (I tink my landload collected 4 me 1.) Is from SAFRA club.
I opened it up, it said: "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE WON FOR YOURSELF A PAIR OF TICKETS TO WATCH 'MR. & MRS SMITH'."

I'm so happy that I got freeeeee movie tickets to watch leow. So lucky!!

ORDERING, PAYING & ENQUIRING

ORDERAll prices listed are in S$ dollars and exclude any duties or taxes. Items shown are subject to availability. All orders will be processed & confirmation email will be sent within 7 days. Items will be reserved for 7 days upon our confirmation, unless otherwise arrange. We reserve the right to release your item(s) without prior notice if payment is not received within 7 days from date of confirmation email.We regret that cancellation or revision is not possible once your order has been processed and confirmation email sent.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made within 7 days upon receiving of our confirmation email. After payment is done, please inform us via email or sms for payment verification. We are pleased to offer you 2 payment options:

1) Payment can be done with full payment on bank transfer to either POSB or UOB.

2) Payment also can be done with cash for your purchases which are self-collecting at our premises.

DELIVERY

Delivery is only available in Singapore.We will post your items to you via Singpost on every Saturday of the week upon receiving payment from bank transfer.

1) SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL Your order will be sent to you via local post at a flat delivery and handling charge. This will usually take about 3 to 7 working days to reach you. Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel for delivery by normal mail.

2) SINGPOST REGISTERED MAIL Your order will be sent to you via registered post with an additional charge to the above postage fees. This will usually take about 3 to 7 working days to arrive. We highly recommend this mode of delivery especially for order of more than one item.

3) SELF-COLLECTION

You are welcomed to pick-up your order @ Pioneer/Boon Lay MRT during weekends.

PRICING

We reserves the rights to amend / revise our pricing without prior notice.

CANCELLATION

All sales are final & no cancellation / revision will be entertained once your order has been processed and email confirmation sent. We seek your co-operation in honouring your purchase once order has been submitted.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Because the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final and item(s) sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you should need to exchange an item due to manufacturer's defect, you may do so within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us with the details of the defect. You have to exchange for item(s) which is of the same or higher value than your exchanged item/s. Sale or special offers item(s) are not exchangeable. We regret that we DO NOT offer cash refund. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item(s). Please be informed that you will have to borne the postage/delivery cost of returning the defective item(s).
